09bit Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the 09bit online gaming platform (https://09bit.lat) and its users. This document applies to all services, games, and promotions offered by 09bit.

4.2 Withdrawal

5.1 Welcome Bonus

09bit offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Alternatively, if you deposit ৳12,000 or more, you will receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. This means the wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms that must be read before accepting the offer.
• Bonuses are for gaming purposes only — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• It is not possible to activate another bonus while one is already active.
• 09bit reserves the right to cancel a bonus if any irregularity or misuse is detected in its use.

6.1 Sports Betting

For sports betting, once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 09bit cancels it due to a technical error. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the full bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Live Casino

In live casino games, if a network connection is lost, the game result will be determined according to the server record. 09bit is not responsible for losses caused by connection issues.

6.3 Slot Games

Slot games are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and transparent. Game outcomes are not predetermined in any way.

6.4 Betting Limits

Each game has specific betting limits. Users must place bets within the set limits. 09bit reserves the right to change betting limits as needed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09bit platform:

8.1 Closure by User

A user may request to close their account at any time. In this case, any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned, subject to meeting the minimum withdrawal limit of ৳1,000.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 09bit

09bit may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Violation of age restrictions.
• Self-exclusion at the request of the responsible gaming policy.

09bit will not bear any liability in the following cases:
